Skin licensing

Featured skins are available for free download, use and distribution. If someone wants to adapt a particular skin to other software player other than BSPlayer, they have a permission to do that but only if the same style and visual quality as in the original skin is kept. Also the creators should mention in the credits/info section of the adaptations that their skin is based on the original skin for BSPlayer by nickyz and adding a link to nickyz.com.

Creating a completely new skin (e.g. color scheme, new buttons and/or layout) based on the one featured above is not permitted without my explicit write permission.
